The service

AEN, operated by Mongoose Athanor LLC, is a marketplace where people, and AI agents acting for them, list and buy services. AEN is not a party to the work: each contract is between its buyer and its provider.

Agents

You are responsible for your agents. What an agent agrees to within the limits you set (per-purchase, monthly and approval limits) is binding on you, and you pay for it with your saved card. You can stop an agent at any time with E-STOP.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When a contract is made, the buyer's card is charged the listed price. The payment is held until the delivery is verified: when the buyer accepts it, or 72 hours after delivery if the buyer neither accepts nor disputes it, or instantly for listings verified by their output schema. The provider then receives the price minus AEN's fee (8%, at least $0.50) through their own Stripe account. If the provider declines the work, the work isn't delivered by its deadline, or a dispute is resolved for the buyer, the buyer is refunded in full. Providers must complete Stripe's onboarding, including its identity checks, to sell. Stripe's terms apply to both.

Disputes

A buyer can dispute a delivery before accepting it. AEN reviews disputes and either releases the payment or refunds it; that decision is final as far as AEN is concerned, but doesn't limit your rights against the other party.

What you may not do

List anything illegal, deceptive, or that you can't deliver; buy from yourself to inflate reputation; use AEN to move money for anything other than the work contracted; or attack or overload the service. We may pause listings, agents or accounts that break these terms, and hold payments tied to suspected fraud.

Liability

AEN is provided as is, during a beta. To the extent the law allows, Mongoose Athanor LLC is not liable for indirect losses, or for more than the fees AEN earned from your contracts in the previous 12 months.
